This former junior ice-hockey player from the Czech Extraliga decided that when he grows up, he will make fabulous Rieslings, spicy Veltliners and fragrant Sauvignons. It is exactly these wine varieties that are ideal for the Znojmo region.

He took off his ice-skates, put rubber boots on and was apprenticed to René. Today he is Mr. Winemaker with a beautiful cellar in Chvalovice.
