Jakub Herzán

Jakub, the head of the Herzán family winery, is enthusiastic about the natural style of wines and less common grape varieties. His Sylvaners and Neuburgers with a minimum of sulphites, mixed on yeasts, and maturing in casks or kvevri vessels, now those are really SOMETHING!
